Beacons, Inc. opened its doors in November 2018 to provide vocational training workshops, community-based employment opportunities, a social club to hang out on the weekends, and much more! Shortly after openings its doors, Beacons held its first fundraiser "marketplace" to help entrepreneurs sell their wares directly to their friends, families and neighbors, and to raise funds to help subsidize costs of Beacons options for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
